General Description

Hemoglobin is a by-product resulting from the extraction of blood plasma and then dried through a steam process. It is a dark powder of high biological value, since its protein content is high (over 90%) and particularly rich in lysine and valine. It is also characterized by its high palatability and absorption capacity of water.
